Compare your chest, waist and inseam measurements with our Sizing Guide. If you’re between sizes, share your measurements with us for guidance.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery within Pakistan usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on your city. Made-to-measure and altered pieces may take a little longer, and we’ll confirm the timeline with you at checkout.
If something isn’t right, contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unaltered and in their original packaging with tags attached. Exchanges for a different size are subject to availability.
We accept cash on delivery, debit and credit cards, and direct bank transfer. All payments are processed securely, and your order is confirmed once payment is received or your cash-on-delivery order is verified.
Dry-clean your suit only when necessary, as over-cleaning wears the fabric. Hang it on a broad-shouldered hanger, let it rest a day between wears, brush it gently, and steam out wrinkles rather than ironing directly on the wool.
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation with your tracking details by email or message. If you haven’t received it, contact us with your order number using the form above and we’ll update you straight away.
